Hello, and welcome to my academic professional website! My name is Dr. Carlos Jesus Desme. I obtained my doctoral degree in developmental science at Florida International University under the behest of Dr. Shannon M. Pruden. To introduce my research background, I am primarily focused in examining the underlying factors responsible for influencing spatial acquisition. I am also interested in addressing inclinations for declaring STEM entry based on spatial ability experiences. My desire is to inform practices designed that revolve around enhancing prospects for an equal STEM representation amongst diverse individuals and reduce the number of obstacles impeding while securing a level of achievement in disciplines demanding skilled and qualified candidates.
