ACADEMIC JOURNEY
Educational History
Upon graduating from high school in 2012, I attended a community college between 2012 and 2014 before transferring to Florida International University to complete my bachelor's degree of arts in psychology. Immediately after my undergraduate tenure, I became immersed in several research capacities and enthused about conducting independent projects involving a wide array of psychological topics. Ultimately, my aspiration and repertoire of having gained research experience led me to join the Project on Language and Spatial Development, initially as a postbaccalaureate assisting with data entry and subsequently a graduate student. I am in my second year of the program and I expect to defend my Master's Thesis at the conclusion of 2022.
